We designed the App to provide OCR and related features while keeping your images and extracted text on your device whenever possible.

1. Information We Process

The App may process the following information:

• Images or documents that you select from your device.

• Images captured using the App's camera.

• Text extracted from images using OCR.

• Text that you enter or edit within the App.

• App settings and locally saved OCR history, if applicable.

2. Local Processing and Storage

Your images and extracted text are designed to be processed and stored locally on your device.

We do not operate a server that is intended to collect or store the images or OCR text you process through the App.

Your processed images, extracted text, and OCR history remain on your device unless you choose to delete them or otherwise share/export them using a feature provided by the App or your device.

3. Google ML Kit

The App uses Google ML Kit technologies to provide features such as optical character recognition (OCR) and, where supported, translation.

ML Kit processes information according to the applicable Google terms and privacy practices. Some ML Kit APIs operate on-device, while the behavior of individual features may differ.

4. Camera Permission

The App may request access to your device's camera.

Camera access is used only to allow you to capture an image or document for OCR and related features.

The App does not use the camera to continuously monitor you or record video in the background.

You can revoke camera permission at any time through your device's settings. Revoking permission may prevent camera-based OCR features from working.

5. Storage / Photos and Media Permission

Depending on your Android version and the features you use, the App may request access to photos, media, or files on your device.

This access is used to allow you to select images or documents for OCR and to save or export content when you request it.

The App does not intentionally access unrelated personal files.

6. Data Retention

Data created or saved by the App, including OCR results and locally stored images or history, remains on your device until:

• You delete it within the App;

• You clear the App's data;

• You uninstall the App; or

• You otherwise delete or modify the files using your device.

We do not retain your OCR images or extracted text on our own servers.

7. Advertising

The App is provided as a free service and may contain advertisements.

Advertisements help us cover development, hosting, maintenance, and other operating costs so that we can continue providing OCR features to users without requiring payment.

Third-party advertising providers may collect certain information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws. This may include advertising-related information such as device information, approximate location, or advertising identifiers, depending on your device settings, the advertising SDK used, and applicable consent requirements.

We do not sell your OCR images or extracted text to advertisers.

8. Sharing and Exporting

The App may provide options to share, copy, or export OCR results.

When you choose to share or export content, the information is transferred to the application or service you select. That third party's privacy policy will then apply to how it handles the information.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not intentionally collect or maintain children's personal information on our servers.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.

Because your OCR images and extracted text are primarily stored locally on your device, you should also use appropriate security measures on your device, such as a screen lock, password, or other available security features.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services and SDKs necessary to provide certain functionality, including OCR, translation, analytics, advertising, or other app features.

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

The App does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party services.
